The SDF is a mandatory government fee of USD 100 per person, per night. It supports Bhutan’s environmental conservation, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.
No. The SDF is a government fee and is not included in hotel rates. It is paid separately during the visa application process.
Tourist visas are generally issued for a maximum of 90 days, depending on the travel plan and approvals.
